Support your teams to thrive by understanding how people think, learn and work best.

Munro Psychology offers tailored workshops to help organisations become more inclusive and effective by recognising and supporting neurodiversity in the workplace. These sessions explore how cognitive differences between all of us can impact communication, productivity, and collaboration, and how to create environments where all staff can do their best work.

Our workshops give your team practical strategies to align individual strengths with organisational goals, reduce barriers to performance, and build a culture of psychological safety and respect.

    Special Assessment Conditions for Students

I provide formal psychological assessments and reports to support students applying for Special Assessment Conditions (SAC) in NCEA. These assessments identify learning or cognitive needs and recommend exam accommodations—such as reader/writer support or extra time—based on NZQA guidelines.

Referrals are welcome from families or schools, and I’m happy to collaborate with learning support staff to ensure assessments are timely, relevant, and useful.
